Shipping & Returns

Free Shipping

All orders are processed the next business day. Any order received after 12pm will be treated as the next business day. After the order is processed, all domestic orders are shipped First Class via USPS (see below for international order details). Within the United States, packages can traditionally be expected to arrive between one and three business days.

Free Returns 

We gladly accept returns of un-worn, un-used, odor-free, stain-free items. They must have all original tags and hygienic liners in place. Jenna Bricher Swim reserves the right to reject a return that is not in salable condition.

Each package shipped within the United States will be delivered with a pre-paid return label. Simply adhere it to the same package you received your items in and drop it in the mail. The package needs to be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date in order for the return to be accepted. Once the package is received, a refund will be issued within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank may incur additional processing time. 

Any items designated as 'final sale' at time of purchase are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

At this time the platform does not currently facilitate exchanges. Please place an order for the replacement item then proceed to process the return separately.

International Orders

All international orders are processed the next business day and are sent via DHL Express. Shipping times and prices may vary depending on the destination country. Please note that duties and import taxes are not collected at check-out and need to be paid by the customer upon delivery. Refunds will not be issued for items returned due to non-payment of these fees. International Returns

Please send an e-mail to info@jennabricher.com to have a return shipping label sent to you. Be aware that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the final return amount. Customs/import taxes will not be refunded. Once your item is received, a refund will be issued by Jenna Bricher Swim within 7-10 business days, though your financial institution may incur additional processing time.
