All orders are processed within one business day of being placed. After the order is processed, packages are shipped First Class via USPS and are traditionally delivered within 1-3 business.

Due to the impact of COVID-19 there may be shipping delays at this time.

Returns & Refunds

We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, odor-free items. They must have all original tags and hygienic liners in place. Jenna Bricher reserves the right to reject a return that is not in salable condition.

To initiate the return process, e-mail us at info@jennabricher.com letting us know the reason for your return and we will send you a free, printable mailing slip. Simply adhere it to the same package you received your items in and drop it in the mail. The package needs to be postmarked within 30 days of the original purchase date in order for the return to be accepted. Once we receive your package a refund will be issued within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank may incur additional processing time. 

At this time we are not accepting returns on orders originating from outside of the United States and its territories.

Any items designated as 'final sale' at time of sale are not returnable.
