Shipping

All orders are processed within 48 hours and will be shipped the next business day (no shipments will be made on Saturdays or Sundays). All orders will be shipped from Arizona. Once the order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email detailing tracking number and items shipped, transit times vary based upon your location. 

Returns & Refunds

We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, odor-free items. The product must be in original condition. Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, or laundered will not be accepted. Jenna Bricher Swim reserves the right to reject a return that is not in salable condition. If it is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return or store credit. Jenna Bricher Swim cannot send back the order and will properly dispose of any soiled items. 

To begin your return, please visit jennabricher.com/returns. The package must be postmarked within 30 days of the original purchase date in order for the return to be accepted. Once the package has been received and approved for return by Jenna Bricher Swim, a refund of the purchase price minus applicable shipping/handling fees* will be issued within 3-5 business days. Please note that your bank may incur additional processing time. 

*Return insurance can be purchased at the time of checkout for $1.98 to offset this cost.

Any items designated as 'final sale' at time of purchase are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

At this time the platform does not currently facilitate exchanges. Please place an order for the replacement item(s) then proceed to process the return separately.

International Orders

All international orders are processed within 48 hours and will be shipped the next business day (no shipments will be made on Saturdays or Sundays) and are sent via DHL Express. Shipping times and prices may vary depending on the destination country. Please note that duties and import taxes are not collected at check-out and need to be paid by the customer upon delivery. Refunds will not be issued for items returned due to non-payment of these fees.
